Are the vehicles insured?
Yes, all our vehicles are provided with insurance and emergency breakdown cover as standard.
What methods of payment do you accept?
You can pay by most major credit / debit cards securely online or by telephone.
Do I need to pay a security deposit?
No, as of 1st September 2025 we no longer require a security deposit — making your booking completely hassle-free.
What is CDW?
Collision Damage Waiver reduces your liability in the event of an accident in your rental vehicle.
Can I change the vehicle after the reservation?
Yes. If you would like to make any changes or simply cancel your reservation after a booking is made, please call 0330 030 7777 or contact us from the Contact Us page.
What is your fuel policy?
We use a like-for-like fuel policy. The fuel level is recorded when you collect the vehicle, and you’ll need to return it with the same amount.
If it’s returned with less fuel, a refuelling charge will apply. The only exception is if you purchased the Full Tank of Fuel option at the start of your rental — in that case, you can return the vehicle with any fuel level.
What should I do, if the vehicle breaks down?
All vehicles are provided with AA Breakdown & Roadside assistance. The contact number in the event of a breakdown is 0800 107 5867. This number can also be located on your vehicle rental agreement and key fob.
Can I take the vehicle to Europe?
Yes. We can supply and cover vehicles for most parts of Europe. A European Cover or Cross Border fee will apply dependant on the destination of travel.
Can the vehicle be collected from a different address?
Yes, we offer a ‘One Way’ hire service as an additional extra. Upon making a booking (whether online or by phone), just specify the address for Delivery and Collection and we will confirm.
Can you deliver anywhere?
We have nationwide coverage, so as long as the destination has vehicular access then yes.
